Body for Sluice System 10cm 10cm
This is the interchangeable channel body for the wash-out system, suitable for all 10 cm components of the wash-out system. To connect to other components, you need the Adapter ! Exception: the header can be connected directly to the channel, the adapter is already incorporated into the body.
In the application, e.g. In the case of stationary wash-out, work with several, identical (or not) bodies, so that only the Sluice Body is exchanged after a wash cycle, and the "full" chute can then be emptied in rest while the washout chute is already working simultaneously with the new body. On at use as Cleanup-Sluice make multiple body sense.
Here is a tutorial how to open and close the universal connection (2.5MB, print version).
The inner life (= inlay)
Without inlay (raw Sluice Body)
Basically, the channel body is delivered in the following state:
- Channel: A piece of smooth rubber (approx. 9 cm x 10 cm) is supplied loose, the Sluice Body needs an "inner life" (= inlay).
For this option, they must therefore still hand themselves and procure an appropriate inner life and assemble. The Sluice Body is not ready for use .
Inlay "Allround"
When this option is selected, the Sluice Body is completely glued and sealed. The following components are used for the inner life:
We suggest this inlay for use as a Feingold wash trough, which is also to be used at the brook. The long range with Goldblitz wash-out rubber is optimized on gold bobbins up to approx. 2mm. The following shorter section of the Goldblitz goldfish gum will also retain significantly larger material. However, the Goldblitz Goldfish prevents the complete fine washing of the gold without residues by its much larger backing.
Inlay "Fine Gold"
When this option is selected, the Sluice Body is completely glued and sealed. The following components are used for the inner life:
- One piece Goldblitz wash-out mat , approx. 10 cm x 60 cm
- A piece of smooth rubber, approx. 10 cm x 9 cm as seal in the front area.
This inlay is suitable for the use as a Feingoldrinne in areas where the gold is rather small and no finds are expected over 3-5mm (eg Rhine, Eder, Danube, Inn, Napf area, etc.) and on the other hand Wash-out trough for a stationary Sluice System 10cm for the home. The material should be pre-sieved to 2mm to achieve an optimal result, but also with coarse material a good result is achieved. In this case, the channel should be washed out frequently.
Inlay "Goldfish Rock'n'Roll"
When this option is selected, the Sluice Body is completely glued and sealed. The following components are used for the inner life:
- One piece Goldblitz wash-out mat , approx. 10 cm x 8 cm
- One piece Goldblitz washout mat , approx. 10 cm x 52 cm
- A piece of smooth rubber, approx. 10 cm x 9 cm as seal in the front area.
- We recommend this inlay if the channel is to be mainly used as a prospecting and backpack channel. The Goldblitz Goldfisch is optimal for the use of unscreened material. Dur the assembly of a small piece of washout mat is also the function of the pre-foam in the Sluice Body for fine gold perfectly covered.
Tail extension and combination
In many cases, it may be useful to distribute the individual functions of the inlay (for example, fining mercury, flitter gold in the stream, etc.) to different channel bodies and to combine these with an adapter for the current application. Example: If you have an inlay "Fine Gold" and an inlay "Goldfisch Rock'n'Roll" is actually armed for all cases:
- The "fine gold" is used for the stationary wash-out trough.
- The inlay "fine gold" is also used in the stream as a cleanup sluice after washing. If the found gold is bigger (around the 1-2mm) the inlay "Goldfish Rock'n'Roll" can be placed behind the adapter for security.
- The inlay "Goldfisch Rock'n'Roll" is used as a prospecting channel.
- If you want to use the Sluice Body as a mini-high banker anyway, the inlays "Fine Gold" and "Goldfisch Rock'n'Roll" clash behind each other and can thus directly wash out relatively coarse material.
- If you have a lot of black sand, you can equip an extra chest with real metal reef and also integrate it into the Sluice Body. There are no limits to the user, a perfect adaptation to the current fund situation is always easy and inexpensive possible!
