Basic Principles:

With this helpful accessory it is possible to do multiple idle strokes without empty-out the pump. This makes it easier, to clean out cracks, since in some circumstances, positioning the top of the pump at the right place takes some time (e.g. turbid water, strong current, deeper places). In addition to that, the length of the pump increases by 25cm.
