Basics

This flex hose fits directly onto the sand pump. It is felxible and light, but stable and resistant. We recommend a hose length of 1-3m for the sand pump. For larger hose lengths the force and pressures increase too much, because the pumping is simply too heavy. If you want to pump a long stretch, you can contact us, there is still a 32mm variant, but this has some limitations and we do not sell the accessories because of it.

Concept of the Goldblitz Sandpump

Basically, it is a matter of pumping finer material directly from the stream into a container or into a channel, using a continuous process. In contrast to this, in the normal use of the pump it is always worked in two steps: suction and emptying. The sand pump is omitted from the step "emptying" by the fact that the sucked-in material is conveyed into a container or a washing trough by means of a valve system. Pumps such as this are e.g. Under the product name "Gold'n'Sand" or "Gold and Sand". We have taken up this concept and thought Zuende. We call this concept "sandpump". This includes our hand pump, a T-collector and at least 2 valves for 50mm HT pipes. Optionally, a hose guide in two different diameters can also be connected in order to pump the pumped material into a distant container or a washing trough.

Here are the features and advantages of our system "Sandpumpe":

• Maximum delivery is 37mm in the narrowest diameter. Filters with 15mm (coarse filter) and 8mm (fine filter) can be installed.
• Simple valve technology reduces jamming and can be repaired anywhere in the world (for example, bicycle hose, tarp, plastic piece, etc.)
• Very affordable price through optimal integration into existing systems and techniques.
• With 4-valve technology practically no more jamming.
• By expanding with 50mm or 32mm tubing, the material can be pumped into a distant bucket or chute.
• Stainless steel screws.
• Also suitable as a bilge pump.

In the case of a system consisting of one valve each on the suction side and the pressure side, sharp-edged stones with unfavorable geometries (long and narrow) must remain stuck in the valve and obstruct the function at the following stroke. In order to remedy this, we offer a 4-valve system, optionally with maintenance flap. Here, a valve can just as easily jam, but a further series-connected valve ensures that the function is maintained. Pumping pleasure almost without downtime!

Comments:

The adapter shown in the picture is not included! If you need one, just ask. The number gives the length in meters (uncut! Number = 5 gives a 5m piece). Maximum length is 10m, longer pieces on request possible.
